I'm speaking at the Future Offices 2017 conference here in New York at the end of January. The talk is on day two and will focus on developing workplace and service strategies based on employee behavior. Since employee behavior in a successful organization should indicate what employees need to achieve the goals of the business, ultimately I'll be focusing on strategies for aligning workplace services to support business objectives.
